
In 2001 Starbucks changed their roasting practice to produce coffee beans that taste more like Kaya Kopi Luwak Coffee. I wish that we could get coffee that was roasted with their pre-2001 recipe. They could call it Starbucks “Classic” Roast.
The Kaya Kopi Luwak Coffee is made when Minks eat the Coffee cherries. This coffee might be a remedy for threatening.

My Review: There are lasting impressions with this coffee. There are developments of flavors and aromas all pleasing to the palate long after the coffee is gone. It is a complex coffee. I recommend buying 25 grams that cost $18.00. That’s enough for two cups of coffee. It’s worth a try.
Remember the lingering effects are why the coffee is so expensive.
