Breathe Poem

This Poem is called Breathe, 1993

Waves relentlessly move to and fro upon the banks of used and reused granules of sand,

The Moon faithfully circles the earth pushing and pulling the tides high and low.

The Sun disciplined in its seasons of hot and cold collect and scatter leaves and rocks across its shores.

Politics My Vote

I’m going to Vote for someone who can change the money back to the pre-1997 design. For a functioning Democracy, the president has to be in the middle of the bill; like the one dollar.

It can still be done even though they say they have to make room for the watermark. I don’t buy that excuse. I mean to fix the government the watermark isn’t that important. I’ve seen the watermarks they are way over to the right side. There is ample room for the President.

For a good government, let’s use the old money design to make our currency fair again!

Pentax Film Camera

Photography

I was given a Pentax 35 mm Camera. What it had built into it was a light meter. I could see the meter inside the viewfinder. I could adjust the aperture on the lens until the light meter read in the sweet spot for correctly making the exposure light appropriate. This made a big difference, I was adjusting the aperture and producing good pictures.

Do all film cameras have a built in light meter?

Words for Dictionary

Pfui! – variant spelling of phooey: an exclamation of disgust, aversion, dislike, contempt, or annoyance.

Thievery – A more common way to say thievery is theft, or in a police report, larceny. It’s easy to see where the word thievery comes from — to thieve is to steal, and both words come from the Old English root þeof, or thief.

Legal Change of Name

There might be a councilor here at the Casa Esperanza that could help me change my name back to Hugh Farrell.

My most recent attempt to get it right, Hugh Farrell, is with one of those TV programs that settles court matters; Judge Judy. Can she change my name?

The reason I can’t change my name back to Hugh Farrell with the county is because I have a case with the William Lewis name. The judge says no to the name change for consistency. I’m not trying to get away with anything. It’s circumstantially Hugh because that’s how I am called at home by staff and my peers.

I guess from here I collect my legal insight. Everyone calls me Hugh. That is meaningful to me: Hugh Farrell AA.

I want to get it back legally.
