My email to The Getty was sent before I could revise it. It might be hard to understand if it were not for the plethora of other readings from the Gevluef Blog proving additional context. I need to point out that though I am Jeff, my legal name is William Lewis. Below is an illustration of how The Getty could make use of leverage to resolve a problem from two generations ago.

​Many people know that I am receiving psychological treatment from VCBH. I have taken on the assignment to constructively stipulate how staff can support me with my mental illness.

There are obstacles at any given time that effects staff’s delivery of service. The medication is the exception. Beyond that, I would very much appreciate support, education, and advocacy.

I should admit I need a certain amount of reality checking. I often disclose my judgments with that in mind because I can get at the truth. For feelings though, I would like positive reinforcement and encouragement for bringing out ideas from within. I promise to have good manners and right conduct.

There are rules concerning private information and therapeutic confidentiality. I do not mind some collaboration with board and care staff and community members to promote wellness, comfort, security, and fulfillment.

As for a crisis, or in consideration of staff intervention, it is my personal request the staff only do what is necessary. To arrive at necessary intervention, staff will have to choose lesser restrictive alternatives. The “least restrictive means,” should be acceptable and just.

I have taken on this assignment as a way for me to answer the question, “What can I, as a staff person, do to help you with your mental illness?” Hopefully, I have been constructive, and hopefully that will make you more confident in our future relationship.

The purpose of showing it to you is to raise awareness for the REBOOT process.

“Rebooting” refers to taking a break from all artificial sexual stimuli so that the brain can restore and replenish dopamine receptors that were lost in response to the overconsumption of pornography. As Gary Wilson notes in Your Brain on Porn, rebooting is a metaphor taken from the computer world: “By avoiding artificial sexual stimulation you are shutting down and restarting the brain, restoring it to its original factory settings.” The goal of rebooting is to rediscover what your life was like before porn.

It was Kresge Day at UCSC. I remember what I was doing just before going under the bridge at the top of Kresge College. I was talking to Michelle Worth. She said she was sick. She was telling me that she was sick that I didn’t get together with Michelle 408.

After the table fell; which I saw it fall, I got the attention of the security guard for Kresge about the table at the bottom of the gulch. I understood after some refelection about the event as him saying, “He’s related to Elwood!” And, “That’s his grandson!” The table was breaking news. A plan had been created for retrieving the table.

No longer in private as I was underneath the bridge, I reacted to bicycles buzzing as they made their way through the grounds.

Now days, I believe that when the table fell, I experienced it at the same time that a black person did. Kresge Collage is the conditions of the contract created by J Paul Getty Jr. against Elwood Polsen.

I haven’t written to this blog in a while, but I want to share the following idea. This applies to someone with a lot of money and a problem with a friend which needs attention.

It is time to let go of things a little. I’m going to produce for you the dog’s thoughts on mental illness. What the reader is supposed to do is choose one of the following two thoughts they think is best for a smart dog.

• Some people think there is no such thing as mental illness; they just need to be disciplined.
• I think it would be better to help them.

In this example, it is a dog to make those mentally ill people like me comfortable.

I started out with a list of the dimensions of unequal distributions of cognitive abilities. I am encountering situations where I’m unable to communicate with another person effectively. I expect another person to develop an idea from a possibility; cognitive thinking. If the other person is working correctly they should have a capacity to reason in which they recognize facts or identify a subject. I have resorted to SORRY as a means to level the ground with the hope that the person could get the idea.

One possible tool to fixing the unequal cognitive distribution is the Federalist Paper’s #10, referred to in an earlier post; liberty, protection of property and balancing are taken up as goals for reconciling faction. Recently, I have been learning on YouTube about Fascism. Fascism is exactly why I am having the problem outline above. I can’t get satisfaction socially, one on one, because Fascism doesn’t support that. Fascism is the current political climate.

Looking at a specific event from when I lived at the Sumner House in Santa Cruz, I feel the need to share. I stole some blue long johns from a visitor who wanted to meet me.

My infamy, and Joyce Kim wouldn’t have been part of it until a year later, was developing. I was meeting Leila and during my stay at the Sumner House I was also to paint. The earliest sign that I was coming into people’s awareness was a visit by a guy who asked to use our laundry machines. When I came home all that remained from his task were his long johns. My housemates told me about the visit. I took the long johns to my room. When he returned for them, he asked if I took them and I told him no. He must have left me with a problem; I would eventually have to deal with him because I disrespected him and stole his long johns when really all he wanted was to meet me.

After many years and I had gotten used to the public knowledge and visits and such, he managed to embezzle money from me. Needless to say I learned what he really wanted was for me to pay him fifty dollars out of my pocket as reimbursement for his long gone johns.

Years again, I know that he hasn’t forgotten about me. I believe he settled in Covina where their water is blue.
