International Advance Directive

I’ve written a New Revised Advance Directive Worksheet 2026. Notice that I refer to a practice as that which takes place at a Hospital, but the advance directive could be adapted for a doctor at a general medical practice. This would still meet the criteria stipulated in the worksheet.

Take another look at the New Revised Advance Directive Worksheet 2026. You won’t find any indication of the worksheet subject matter on the advance directive. It is strictly business. If you do try to propose your information to a doctor under the worksheet concept, it should also be strictly business.

Harbor View Hospital

Harbor View Hospital in Seattle Washington has a helicopter pad on the back patio. There is a large grassy area and a long walkway to it in which it is accessible to the public. The pad itself is a raised platform with the actual ground some four feet below. I spent a few hours there one night.

My experience there was that something happened to my left eye. When I was there a helicopter landed. I was lying face down on the ground. The helicopter got closer and closer as it was landing. I knew that it would land and that I was safe; but the stress from the landing was very intense. Just before it touched down and the stress was the worst, my left eye flooded with light. My eyes were shut, but this light was bright and filled my entire eye. I recalled getting punched in the nose. The light from that time was small and concentrated. This was more of an intuitive light; a light that was part of my mind. It went out.

I think about that time at the helicopter pad a lot; and, I wish someday I could return and lay there for another landing experience. I would sincerely like for the light in my other eye to go out too.

Tim Yates is a person from my past. His purpose is destructive because he has schizophrenia. The person with phocomelia that he is particular to is Chrissy from Downey California. She is very disillusioned that Tim is obsessed about me. It is important to keep in mind that he has a mental disorder and that he is managing because knowing about me has a therapeutic outcome.

I would expect his writing to be lucidly written. He is my enemy. I hope that my people do not deal with Tim Yates; I have enough problems without him.

He died on October 24, 2014. He needed medicine. He had Schizophrenia. He was the associated person for Chrissy Shultz who has Phocomelia. I believe I had a reflex to his access. He was ghosting me. I was provoked and I was justified.

Thomas Pynchon

I am new to Beauty. My reader is already savvy to the Philosophy of Beauty. I want to say that the international policies of major world governments has significantly weakened democracy in the United States. The most important piece to my great puzzle since I started writing about phocomelia is Thomas Pynchon. This is a father for a child that has phocomelia. This father is stronger than his wife because he is a prolific author. This becomes important in the case of distinguishing Beauty for his family when I emphasize that the child with phocomelia is a female.

Were you more interested in the Philosophy of Beauty? Or perhaps you want to read more about my views of the weakening of democracy. Why are people weakening democracy is a question I would like to ask? Really, all I want to offer in this writing is that Thomas Pynchon is someone. He could answer these questions. The mother should not be a source of power in Thomas’ family. International policies are geared to emphasize females with a stronger mother family circumstance knowing that she damages her boyfriend’s ontological structure of self. Since a person with phocomelia has dominant genes from both parents, it appears that it is possible to literally break democracy towards the female side. If it were up to the female, she could have a dominant gene making the circumstance of weakness. We want democracy to work and so we need the males to be strong. Since Thomas Pynchon has written a lot of books, I can safely say that democracy is surviving in my world.

Psychiatric

The psychiatric way of people is based on one or a combination of three elements: danger to self, danger to others, gravely disabled. Gravely disabled is when a person cannot provide for their personal needs. These three elements are the criteria for hospitalization.

In the hospital a person is observed and studied. They speak to a psychiatrist every day and information is collected. It is a time for disclosure and trust. Most people are released after three days with follow up and outpatient services required.

Rhinoplasty

The crudetah of all surgical procedures is the Rhinoplasty. It straightens a deviated septum.

A deviated septum affects the air passage ways in the nose. When they are not equal, lift is created like a wing on the septum. This lift releases a chemical in the brain that affects the outside of the cells.

This chemical conditions the cells in the body. It is conservative. After the Rhinoplasty there is no longer lift. The septum no longer conditions the cells and the condition improves. The cells communicate better because of this. It is like time works out. The Rhinoplasty is the best!

ESC Management Plan: Project Abstract

Massage Place and HPV

In Ventura we have massage places.  A person can get a half-hour of massage for $45.00.

The girls are reasonably in contact with people a lot; and, they are vulnerable to sexually transmitted diseases.  Therefore, the massage places immunize the girls against HPV.  The medicine is available to people in the community as well.  That means you can get immunized against HPV from an arrangement at a massage place.

Dream Girls

Dream Girls is a good movie. Implicitly, it is an exploration of the pathology of the BCG shot. I’ve had a BCG shot; and, I can say that the movie is accurate. Before you see this movie, study the BCG and it’s history. You won’t be disappointed in the movie with a little bit of study.

Interestingly, the BCG is available on the streets in the US and legitimately in other countries. Many professionals get a BCG shot once in a while for the effects even if they have to leave the US to get one. Generally, it stops a person from being a push-over. I strongly recommend getting one if it is possible. Put it on your list of things to try someday and see Dream Girls to learn about how the medicine works.
