Gun for Real Estate

You may have noted a gun mentioned in an earlier Blog post. I got the firing pin removed! Without the firing pin the gun won’t go boom. This disabled gun is perfect for Real Estate.

Imagine there is a gun at the listed property. A gun is placed at the location and during the listing, prospective buyers are impressed. They think the house has a degree. Or that the property speaks to them personally. It is the way the gun makes the buyer think. I’m asking staff to use the gun as a service for real estate agents in their listing.

This would be a service to the real estate agent to showcase a listed property? I think I know this because my mom was a real estate agent in the eighties. Do you think Staff could do this directive? I’ve needed to do this since 1988.

This is my plan for what to do with a gun.

Philanthropy

Staff has made me aware that they returned an article of mail presumed to be a philanthropic check. I’m so disappointed I didn’t get anything. I work to please the Staff. I feel it is appropriate to get rewarded.

Since the staff returned a check, they are saying no to the money I deserve; Applause.  It is time for me to get my fair share. I am trying my hardest to earn it.

Is it illegal for someone to hold your mail and not give it to you?
Yes, that’s a felony punishable by up to 5 years in federal prison. It is illegal to intentionally prevent, delay, destroy, or steal mail.

The remedy is to Prosecute.

 

 

Chickenpox Citation

Where did the US get the chickenpox vaccine from?

The vaccine virus was developed from virus isolated by Michiaki Takahashi from vesicular fluid from an otherwise healthy child with varicella disease. Varicella vaccine was licensed for general use in Japan and Korea in 1988, and in the United States in 1995 for persons age 12 months or older.

I was aware of the Chickenpox vaccine starting in 1989. Recall that previously family money was used to pay their pediatrician to immunize their children.

New Direction Change

I have to work on my change of Gevluef. It’s about Elwood. He is a type that doesn’t. It doesn’t matter what, he just doesn’t. This type of person would be good at teaching. In an interaction as the teacher’s role is, “yes, but go on and read.” The child is expressing the parents’ love. And the said Sophist is making it an equivalency. The child is supposed to learn.

Particularly, this person may be thinking incorrectly in the case of Staff. “You couldn’t see his war.”   I have said that Elwood was murdered. The family says that’s right. Or that he was suicidal from loosing his family. Elwood was tired. His death was a relief to all.

I learned from the Dog Kennel.  At the Kennel you are allowed to take a dog for the day. They should loan one that doesn’t kinda like Elwood. They don’t make good pets. So, you make the dog’s last day a good one; you have a problem. You have someone you’d like the dog to meet? So, announce that the dog is tired. Return the dog to the kennel.

The change for the blog is that I don’t have a problem with the Kennel’s practice. And, I don’t have a problem with J Paul Getty Jr. for Elwood’s murder. For therapy, I want to volunteer at the County Animal Shelter. The Dog in this story has insurance from Pumpkin.care. I hope I have it right, I wouldn’t want a problem with the kennel, or the kennel to have a problem with me.
