Improvements in MH

My Mental Health has been improving since March 6th, 2018 when Leila died. She had phocomelia and I was the associated person. I am experiencing fewer occurrences of psychosis. And the episodes are shorter in duration. It’s because I’m not discerning Leila’s dominant disposition genetically. My delusions make more sense to other people. I don’t think I need to get the word out quite as much these days.

“Culture” is one of the solutions when referring to my Mental Illness.

Pynchon In Public

I have to do some writing about Thomas Pynchon. I’m going to explore this website: Thomas Pynchon. Interestingly, I mused about this author years ago in a post called: Thomas Pynchon on my Gevluef blog where I establish that he is doing good relative to his family and Democracy.

I have much more to say about him. There may be a newer post around July 2024, where I make some notes to myself about the things he is dealing with.

Locating Blog Content – Goo

There has been recent interest for my accounting of the event at the Sonic Youth concert from the Summer of 1990. I have written about it, although it is hard to find: 2013/03/18/9192. This event has had a major effect on my life after which I went to UC Santa Cruz. The post gives the badly needed account of what exactly happened, and what was going through my mind. This event was one of the circumstances I was dealing with during my studies at college. Since I got kicked out of the concert, it is perhaps the “out” perspective that lead to the masterpiece painting I have mentioned in many of my posts at Gevluef.

I am very lucky that I aquired a XYphoid, a somewhere the female in the story has had for the management of her concerns.

I have considered contributing to the Wikipedia page for Goo. The link is: Goo (album). And there was a second tour in Europe in which a documentary was made: 1991: The Year Punk Broke . It is David Markey’s documentary of life on the road with Sonic Youth and Nirvana during their tour of Europe in late 1991.

This is supposed to be read as an experience. The philosophy manifests from his rhetoric. Below is a sample of his original writting. Try to get Hegel’s primary source if you want to read him:

Now however much the external shape could express the inner individuality only insofar as the external shape is neither an organ nor an activity, and thereby only insofar as it is a whole at rest, still it would then conduct itself as a durably existing thing which should have motionlessly received into its own passive existence the inner as something alien. It thereby would have become the sign of the inner – an external contingent expression, whose actual aspect is on its own meaningless, a language whose sounds and sound- combinations are not the real thing itself but are intertwined with it through free arbitrary choice and are contingent for that language.

Rods Phenomenon

The rod is a symptom of a Table. I had a Table. It was subtracted and the Rod phenomenon went away. All that’s left of the flying rod is the number 54. I learned about the rods on the History channel. I have written other posts here at Gevluef about a table. It is a reason to feel worried.

Bail

This post is irrational in nature. If you happen to catch on to what I’m saying, you might want to, “do it.” This is about BAIL.

To do it is to satisfy something of mind. It was Rene Descartes who meditated on the Mind-Body phenomena. The Philosopher wants to be on the winning side; and so a person could be stuck with a Mind-Body problem without ever knowing that there is an outside. It is after Descartes that the notion of BAIL becomes significant; that is to satisfy mind to such an extent that there is a release to something else. Getting to the outside is a question of BAIL.

And so I want to bring to the reader this question. What is the matter of your BAIL? I even want to implore the reader to, “do it” to such an extent that bail is satisfied.

Comment: July 8, 2025: The most popular reading of Rene Descartes is “Night Watch.” Doing Night Watch causes a rash on the hands. Keep doing Night Watch every night; the rash goes away after a while. I continue to do night watch every night. It is a practice that makes me sensitive to lights. This practice is the meditations Descartes spoke of. The Bible verse that speaks of this practice is in the Gospel, John 9: 1-41.

Seeing an eye can mean something bad is going to happen with your services; it’s a reason to try saving your service. You want your services. They help. They are your support structure.
