UNIVERSAL
Comment: Gevluef Jan. 16, 2016; As you may be aware, I am reading Hegel’s Phenomenology of Spirit, 1807. This picture is here because I read 450, and 451. As I read these two passages, I focus on the relationship of someone with Phocomelia and their helper. While people normally experience Activities of Daily Living and it is compatable with Nature, this relationship where a person needs help for every little thing is characteristically referred to as UNIVERSAL.

Oxnard South Branch Library
During my visit in Seattle (1999-2001), the city was focused on a new Central Seattle Library for downtown. The Architectural concept was based on advanced thinking of cement with an added copper and magnesium slag. Earlier in Gevluef, I shared some of the paperwork from the community meetings concerning the copper slag, (Information Technology). I left Seattle before the construction started. The reason I am writting is that I was receiving money at the Community House Mental Health group while I was there, and I want to explain what happened to my money after I left Seattle.
You can probably guess. The Architecture Firm does Libraries and they built a library for me in my home town: Oxnard South Branch Library Interestingly, the concept used was the one from the old library in downtown Seattle.
Oxnard is largely controlled by the wealthy Garcia family. Their money was in land. Many of the public buildings in Oxnard were developed with Philanthropic participation from them. I was told from a Garcia family member that this library wasn’t theirs. And so, I want to thank Community House Mental Health in Seattle for the library. As there are expenses in maintenance and of course materials, I send my library money periodically.

Tim Yates And Legal Records
There are people who are reading to get information about Tim Yates Aka Hugh Farrell. For the serious reader, however, I would like to bring more than what I have written here. So, I would like to ask you to please contact the District Attorney’s Office for Ventura County. There you will discover that Tim possessed a fanatical interest in me. There is dramatic evidence that would support a premise that I was provoked to action, and from the evidence on record it may be understood that I had a reflex concerning his death. These are strong words. I would not say these things if I were not sure they could be supported with legal documentation.
